Go >cmd

user>pscp -sftp
user>sftp username@ipaddressoftheserver

Password:

sftp>cd /folder/where/you/want/the/files/to/be/copied
sftp>put "address of your local file"


for multiple files or the complete folder

sftp>put -r "address of your local folder"
